What happens once my order has been placed?

Once you've finished processing your order on the site, the work begins on our end here at Easywheels.co.uk

You should check your inbox for an order acknowledgement / received email from us confirming that we have received your order and your tyre selection, your fitting station, and time / date at which you have chosen. Should you notice anything wrong, or wish to amend anything on your order, now is the time to contact us.

We'll send you another email once everything has been confirmed and your tyres are on their way. You will also receive a text (subject to opt in) at this point with your order confirmation number and order details.

If any issues or delays arise then we'll use your email address as our first point of contact so please check them regularly. If at any point before, during or after your tyres have been fitted you would like to contact us, please do on:
