What if I want to return my tyres?

If for any reason you are unhappy with the tyres you have received, we will take the tyres back and provide a refund so long as you notify us within seven days after the day of delivery. (This is known as the cooling off period)

Please note that this on the condition that they haven't been damaged or fitted to your vehicle which would render the tyres unsellable, so please make sure you check your tyres over to ensure you are happy with them before having them fitted to your vehicle.

If you wish to cancel your order or return your tyres then please contact us at either: 0333 9000 201 or info@easywheels.co.uk and we'll be happy to help with sorting you a refund.

There are no restocking fees or delivery fees, however, on ocassion we may need to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from your refund but we will never do this without first notifying you at the time you ask to cancel your order or return the tyres.

Your tyre size guide

If you don’t know what you’re looking for, look at the diagram below:

Your tyre size is on the sidewall of the tyre, the sidewall of the tyre is the part that you can see when you look at your tyre on your vehicle.

On the sidewall you will see a series of numbers, these numbers are the actual size of your tyre.

If you look at the picture below we have highlighted the Width, Profile, Rim Size, Load Rating & Speed Rating.

A Tyre width

the width of the tyre, measured in millimetres.

B Tyre profile

The height of a tyre sidewall as a precentage of the width.

C Tyre size

The diametre of the wheel's inner rim, measured in inches.

D Speed rating

Indicates the maximum speed for the tyre.
