As soon as your tyres have been received back at the depot and confirmed as unused and undamaged we will process the refund for you / begin the exchange process. We will notify you as soon as this has happened, however, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or make its way in to your account. It can take up to seven working days but is usually much faster.
